Extension’s Positive Youth Development Institute empowers Wisconsin youth, and the communities who support them, to thrive. To fulfill this promise, we place youth leadership, in partnership with supportive adults, 4-H clubs, and community organizations, at the center of our work.

The work of 4-H Positive Youth Development is needed. As a parent, educator, and leader, I see both the need and opportunity of this work every day. Young people want (and deserve) to be seen. We are grateful for all of our partners — from volunteers and community organizations to county governments and fellow Division of Extension colleagues — for walking with us in these efforts.
